HS2 Complaints Procedure

Sir Mark Worthington, the Independent Construction Commissioner for HS2 has statutory powers to ensure that HS2 Ltd behave according to law, their contract and it is his responsibility to ensure that HS2 are publicy accountable.

If anyone is aware of any occasion on which there are grounds to complain about anything done by HS2 Ltd or their sub-contractors or those hired by The Secretary of State to enforce injunctions then a formal complaint must be registered in writing with HS2 at :
